Our focus

Our global commitment to DEIB spans six key diversity pillars – Gender and Gender Identity, LGBTQ+, Ability, Ethnic and National Origin, Generations and Religion. Within each of these DEIB pillars, we are continuously working to implement programs and initiatives that foster an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging, and have a real impact in the communities we serve. We also consider other aspects such as educational background, social background and diversity of mindsets. Regional and local priorities such as veterans, for example, are also important to us.
