With topics ranging from RFID to e-commerce, supply chain management to city logistics, the Logistics Newsroom showcases the entire spectrum of the logistics sector.
Today Deutsche Post DHL introduces the "Logistics Newsroom" portal which brings together news, trends and opinions from the world of logistics, giving journalists, bloggers and those with an interest in logistics a daily round-up of industry news from all around the world at www.logistics-newsroom.com.
"With our new portal, we are providing information that goes far beyond our own Group", comments Silje Skogstad, Head of Global Media Relations at Deutsche Post DHL. The Logistics Newsroom offers up-to-date content from logistics blogs, social media channels, sector portals and traditional news sites, all of which is compiled by a designated editorial team. With topics ranging from RFID to e-commerce, supply chain management to city logistics, the Logistics Newsroom showcases the entire spectrum of the logistics sector. Content is displayed by means of a timeline and can also be filtered according to categories such as 'green logistics' or 'logistics trends'.
Optimised for PCs, smartphones and tablets, the Logistics Newsroom is available in both German and English. All content is available via RSS feed subscription and can be shared via Facebook and Twitter. What's more, as soon as new contributions are added, they will be automatically tweeted via @lognewsroom.
