A picture of a company's chief executive, a logo or a product image - in the future, the sky's the limit with creativity for Plusbrief with individualized postage. The new version of Plusbrief Kreativ is being tested in a pilot project.
The Plusbrief is an envelope on which the stamp is already printed. The Plusbrief Kreativ gives companies the opportunity to create an individualized envelope - for example, with an advertising slogan or company logo, starting at a certain print-run amount.
The test version also offers more room for individual customer targeting. The only limits are legal regulations for images and the quality of the picture to be used for the stamp. Besides the image itself, the printed individual stamps have the usual serrated edge.
Pilot partners are Deutsche Post business customers from a variety of industries who produce a large number of letters. Results from the pilot will determine whether private customers will have the opportunity in 2007 to use individualized images for franking their Plusbriefs.
