Dialog marketing is the subject of the current issue of the "Managementkompass" series published by the F.A.Z.-Institut. The guide was produced in cooperation with the Deutsche Post subsidiaries Deutsche Post Direkt and the Siegfried Vögele Institute. It gives companies an orientation when planning their dialog marketing activities and their investments in marketing.
