A first among logistics companies in Germany, DHL is launching a bonus program for its business customers. As part of the "transport logistics" trade fair in Munich, DHL Express is introducing its customer loyalty program Ship&More. The program is based on bonus points rewarded for the use of domestic and international express products and special services.
Customers are awarded bonus points based on their use of DHL Express products, with one bonus point being awarded for each Euro spent (before VAT). Fees for customs and tolls are not eligible for bonus points. As a thank you for their loyalty, customers can redeem their bonus points for over 100 attractive bonus gifts.
"With the loyalty program Ship&More we will encourage the continued loyalty of existing customers as well as win new customers, all of which will add to our growing market share in the express industry," explains Jens von Ebbe, Marketing Director for the Express Division.
With Ship&More, DHL Express establishes itself as the frontrunner in the logistics industry when it comes to customer loyalty programs. And Ship&More makes it possible for customers to participate online as well as offline. At www.dhl-shipandmore.de customers can sign up to participate in the program, check their bonus points status at any time and redeem their bonus points for bonus gifts. In addition, Ship&More will be offering online specials that make it possible for customers to accumulate extra bonus points.
