The success story of partner-run outlets continues
- Hundreds of retailers want to become "Deutsche Post outlets"
- Germany-wide hotline
- Full-coverage service - no ifs, ands or buts
Hundreds of retailers throughout Germany want to cooperate with Deutsche Post. A flood of inquiries from interested businesses ensued after the announcement that smaller retail outlets operated by Deutsche Post will be converted to partner-run outlets due to low demand.
Merchants in a wide variety of retail shops are eager to add postal services to their current product range.
Deutsche Post has set up a telephone hotline to channel the inquiries.
Telephone hotline: (0 30) 8 32 00-48 80 or -48 81
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Partner-run outlets have been a standard component of the Deutsche Post retail outlet network for more than ten years now. There are currently approximately 7,200 of them. They offer great advantages for all those involved: the retail trade registers additional business, customers can take care of their postal needs during daily shopping trips at stores with longer opening hours and Deutsche Post can guarantee fulfillment of its service obligation at a reasonable cost.
The Group has again ensured that all statutory regulations and all the points in its voluntary commitment communicated this year will be adhered to without exception.
