IT Services is one of the largest service lines of the Global Business Services (GBS) division. It consists of more than 3,000 people serving the business units of Deutsche Post DHL Group across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Following the company's IT split into Demand and Supply, IT Services is a single professional Supply Organization that aims at offering Build (development), Run (operation) and Integration IT services to the business units of the Deutsche Post DHL Group. We support the business units with services along the IT value chain - from the appropriate IT strategy to complete system development and integration to accompanying operational consulting.
IT Services supplies "Consult and Build" services from a number of locations in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, where a high number of professionals are engaged in developing software applications for the group. IT Services also provides IT "Run" services through IT Services data centers and global network.
